Who provides the service

Asked Thrice is operated by Nahuel Soria, an independent developer based in Argentina. Contact: jorgenahuelsoria@gmail.com.

What you are buying, and what you are not

We query AI models about your category and report what we observe, repeating each prompt so you can tell signal from noise. Two things follow from that, and they are the most important lines in this document:

  • The output is a measurement, not a promise. Model answers move week to week and the same prompt can return different results. Nothing here guarantees that any assistant will mention you, or keep mentioning you.
  • Parts of the score are an estimate. We are explicit in the methodology about what is observed from a live answer and what is estimated by a model. Read it before you treat a number as a fact about your business.

Accounts

You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else got in.

Payments and refunds

Current prices are on the pricing page. The first audit of a brand is free and needs no account. A full report is charged once and unlocks that report. The lifetime pass is charged once and is covered in the next section.

Who charges you depends on where you are. In US dollars the payment goes through Polar as merchant of record, and their terms cover the transaction itself. In Argentine pesos it goes through Mercado Pago and the seller is Nahuel Soria directly, invoicing in Argentina.

If a report fails to generate, or what you got is not what the page described, write to us and we refund it. We do not refund because the score was lower than you hoped: that is the product working.

If you hold a monitoring subscription from before we stopped selling it, it renews on its own period until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal while leaving you access through the period you already paid.

The lifetime pass

The pass is a state of your account, not a balance you spend. It unlocks every full report on your account, for any brand you audit, the ones you already ran and the ones you run later, and it unlocks re-running the live measurement on them.

Monitoring. When you buy the pass we turn on monthly monitoring for up to 25 of your audits, and audits you run later are added on their own until you reach that number. Each monitored audit is measured again once a month and the result goes to your email. If you already have 25 and want to monitor a different brand, write to us and we swap it.

Fair use. Real numbers instead of a vague clause: 3 reports generated per account per day, 3 refreshes of the same report per day, and the same audit rate limits that apply to everyone. They exist so that one account cannot spend the whole model budget the rest of the users share. If we change them we change this page.

What lifetime means. As long as we operate Asked Thrice. It is not a promise that the product exists forever. If we shut it down, or stop offering paid reports, we tell pass holders by email at least 30 days before, with time to export what you have. The pass belongs to your account, is not transferable, and does not let you resell reports or run the product as a service for other people, which is the same line drawn below in acceptable use.

A refunded pass is revoked, and monitoring stops with it. If you paid for the pass more than once and only one of those payments is refunded, the pass stays.

Acceptable use

Audit brands you own or genuinely research, including competitors, since everything we read is public. Do not try to get around rate limits, resell access unless you are on a plan that says you can, scrape the site wholesale, or use it to build a competing dataset. We can suspend an account that does, and we will say why.

Your data and third parties

Running an audit sends the brand, website and category to the AI providers we query. Connecting Google is optional, read only, and covered in detail in the privacy policy. Those providers can change their models or availability without notice, which can change your results, and that is outside our control.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to process it to deliver the product and to include aggregated, brand level scores in the public AI Visibility Index. Tell us if you want your brand out of the Index and we will remove it.

Availability, warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and an upstream provider going down will take part of it with them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we are legally required to close.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and disputes go to the courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to any mandatory rule that gives a consumer the right to their own local forum.

If we change these terms we update the date at the top, and for material changes we tell you by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
