Does AI know your brand exists?

We ask Gemini live, with zero hints, and show you exactly what it says. Recognition, a blind category test, and an honest verdict. Most brands fail at least one.

How the AI visibility check works

Three questions to Gemini, answers shown as they came back

The check sends three questions to Gemini at the same time and shows you what it said. The blind test never mentions your brand, which is the whole point of it.

  1. Step 1

    Recognition

We ask Gemini whether it knows the brand and to describe it in one or two sentences, with no hints beyond the name and, if you typed one, the category. If it says it does not know you, that is what we show. Nothing is guessed on its behalf.

  2. Step 2

    The blind category test

If you enter a category, a separate question asks Gemini for the best options in it. Your brand name is not in that prompt anywhere. We take its list of up to 8 names and look for you in it, and show the position if you are there.

  3. Step 3

    The verdict

A third question asks whether it would recommend you: yes, no or unsure, with one sentence of reason. The three answers combine into one of three verdicts, AI approved, barely visible or invisible to AI, and the result names the exact Gemini model that answered.

AI visibility checker FAQ

Questions people ask before running it

What is an AI visibility checker?
An AI visibility checker, also called an AI brand checker, asks an AI model live what it knows about a brand and shows you the answer as it came back. This one sends three questions to Gemini through its API, at low temperature, and reports the description, the blind category list and the recommendation verbatim. It does not read the consumer Gemini app, which adds web search and personalization, and it does not estimate anything.
Does ChatGPT know my brand?
This check asks Gemini only. To see what ChatGPT and Claude say, run the free audit on the home page: it reads your site, derives the questions your buyers ask and puts them to ChatGPT and Claude live, then shows how many answers name you and which competitor wins the rest. It is also free and needs no signup.
Gemini says it does not know my brand. Is that right?
It answers from what it learned in training, with no web search, so a recent brand, a small one, or a name that is also a common word can come back as unknown even if you have a site. Fill in the category and run it again: the category is added to the recognition question and often disambiguates the name. If it still does not know you, that is the finding, and it is the same thing a buyer gets when they ask.
What do the three verdicts mean, and is there a score?
AI approved means Gemini knows you, puts you on its list for your category and would recommend you. Barely visible means it has heard of you but you are not winning the answer: missing from the blind list, low on it, or unsure about recommending you. Invisible to AI means it does not know you or would not name you. We do not show a number: a single model answering three questions is not precise enough for one, and the same question can come back slightly different on another run.
How many AI visibility checks can I run, and what do you keep?
It is free and needs no account. Each connection gets a handful of checks per ten minutes and up to 20 a day, so a burst from one office can hit the limit before the day is over. We log the brand, the category, the verdict and the token cost of the three calls to count usage; we do not ask for an email. The check runs on a prepaid Gemini budget: when it is paused, the form says so and offers the free audit instead.
