Privacy, data and deletion requests
Ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be deleted, or unsubscribe from every email at once. Same address; say what you want deleted and it gets deleted.

API, MCP server and integrations
You are building against the public endpoints, the MCP server, or you want to automate something the site does not do yet. Say what you would automate.
The developer page lists every public endpoint, the OpenAPI spec and the MCP server. If what you need is not there, write and say so: the roadmap is short enough that a real use case moves it.
Press, research and data requests
The published studies are free to cite and their raw answers are released under CC BY 4.0. If you need a cut of the data that is not published, ask.
Datasets come with the prompts, the models and the dates, so a number can be checked instead of trusted.
Who you are writing to
There is no office to visit and no phone line. Asked Thrice is one person in Buenos Aires with a set of model API keys, and the honest version of a contact page says that instead of publishing a street address that nobody sits at or a phone number that nobody answers. Email is the whole support surface, and it is read by the person who wrote the code.
